14-Day Right to Cancel

Changed your mind? UK and EU consumers can cancel within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked. Just let us know, send it back, and we'll refund you including standard delivery.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Not 100% happy? Return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We just ask that it comes back in its original packaging with all accessories, in a condition we can resell.

Hygiene & Beauty Items

For hygiene reasons, items like IPL devices, epilators, facial steamers, skin-contact beauty devices, opened skincare, underwear and consumables can't be returned once opened or used — unless they're faulty. If one of these arrives faulty, get in touch and we'll look after you.

Something Faulty or Damaged?

Arrived damaged? Developed a fault? Get in touch and we'll work with you to put it right. If it arrived visibly damaged, a few photos within 48 hours really helps us investigate with the courier. Our products also come with a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects.

How Refunds Work

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method. Return postage is on you unless the item was faulty. No restocking fees, ever.

International Returns

The same 30-day policy applies worldwide. Any customs duties or import charges you paid on arrival aren't refundable by us — those are paid to your country's authorities, not to Risea Beauty.
